The Four Men

In November during a prophetic conference in Albany OR, I was taken into a vivid spiritual experience that I believe was a trance and was standing in a “heavenly place.” I knew that I was not alone but three other men were standing with me. The Lord was positioned in front of us, clothed in incredible light, which made the surroundings outside of Him difficult to see. I was not given the identity of two of the men who were in the vision. Only one was revealed to me. The Lord began to speak to the four of us simultaneously and it was communicated that the number four had spiritual significance in this vision.

Luke 4:18 and 4/18/2003

The Lord said that expressions of Luke 4:18 were going to be released on 4/18. I had an emphatic understanding that there was going to be a power shift on April 18th. I believe, based upon this experience, that a token of Luke 4:18 will be poured out in a sovereign way on this date.

"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor. (Luke 4:18-19)

This was the commissioning scripture for the ministry of Jesus and is being imparted in this day to mark the release of a spiritual restoration in this season of 2003. This timing on 4/18 could indicate a crossover into a divine purpose and “kairos” moment with God. This will be especially involving the ministry of healing.

I believe that this could be a token season for a release of a word that is associated with Paul Cain. Some of you may know the story of his precious mother who told Paul on her deathbed that she was going to give him the most significant word of his life before she died. Well, the day before she died she gave him the scriptural passage from Luke 4:18. Miraculously, the timing of her death was a further affirmation of this spiritual reality. She died on the date, April 18 (4/18) at 4:18pm. What she was prophesying to Paul, I believe, has not yet been fulfilled. I do believe that this could be the very outer fringes of the Luke 4:18 word being released that his prophetic mother was able to see.

The Valley of Wells

Following this exchange, I was taken into a place I had been before and found myself walking down a pathway. There were large holes on either side of the path, and as I tried to determine where I was going and what the holes were, I almost fell into one that was dug directly in the path! I looked down into it and saw it was very deep. The Lord spoke to me and said, "These are wells that different vessels were called to dig in the prior generation, but a few of them were never finished." I immediately understood this to be a principle out of Hebrews 11:
These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect. (Heb 11:39-40)

Then the Lord said "This well in front of you was being dug by William Branham. I am inviting my people to come in and dig it deeper." I immediately knew that it was a corporate invitation concerning the healing well of William Branham. The anointing he labored over was somehow being made available so that we could exceed it. I also knew that the same principle applied to other wells that were around me in this valley.

The years of valuable service they had made to the Lord was cut short, but in God's great mercy, He wants to re-assign the work being done. Nothing gets lost or falls to the ground in the Kingdom of God. The lofty commission of these wells were not finished and I knew they represented ministries that would be “continued” or dug upon.

Our team will be in Shreveport, LA over the weekend of 4/18, which also happens to the season of Passover. I had no idea that it was that notable timing when I first received this word. Shreveport was also the place that a magazine called 'The Voice of Healing' first documented William Branham's healing miracles. He did many meetings there and saw amazing miraculous power demonstrated. We are earnestly hoping the Lord will allow something to be reassigned to the body of Christ. (For info see www.ccofs.org )
