5. Missions Experience

5. History

how recently, in what quantities and what process you've walked through to overcome any addictions:

Applications will be followed up by email and/or a phone or personal interview. Applicants will be notified regarding acceptance either way within 7 days of the phone interview. Tuition is $1950.00. A down payment of $500 is due within two weeks of acceptance. The remaining $1250 is due January 10th. Checks may be made out to "Expression58" with "internship application fee" in the memo.
