TREASURES VOLUNTEER OUTREACH TEAM
One of our incredible Justice Partners, Treasures, are currently looking to increase their volunteer outreach team. If you have a passion to serve women who are currently experiencing sexual exploitation, to encounter them with messages of love, value and purpose then this could be an opportunity for you.
Every month (on the 3rd Friday) Treasures goes and visits the strip clubs of LA and brings gifts to the women.
They meet at the Treasures Freedom Home (in Northridge, CA) and drive together to the clubs in their shuttle. They meet around 7pm and end the evening around midnight.
Outreach volunteers go through a training program to learn how to feel equipped to engage with the women we serve in a trauma-informed way.
